We want you to be happy with your Mazorca Swim purchase.
We accept returns for change of mind and size changes changes on all FULL PRICED swimwear, in exchange for store credit only. We do not offer refunds unless the very unlikely event of an item arriving faulty or damaged.
The item must be returned in original condition without being marked, worn, washed or damaged with hygiene liners and tags in place.
You have 14 days from they date you receive your order to be eligible for a return in exchange for a store credit. If the return is accepted, postage is at customer's expense.
Your store credit will be in the form of a code that will be emailed to you within 2 days of us receiving your returned item. This code will never expire.
How do I return?
Simply email swim@mazorca.com.au to see if you are eligible for a return. When accepted you will receive an email with the returns address.
Refund Policy
Each piece goes through a strict quality control check before being shipped out to our customers.
In the very unlikely event an item is deemed faulty, we will refund you using only your original purchase method.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear in your bank account once it has been processed. You will receive a confirmation email from us once we have processed the refund.
Final Sale Items and Discounted Items:
All sale Items purchased as part of sale are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like an alternate size or style, please request a store credit by emailing swim@mazorca.com.au to return your item and place a new order.
Return Shipping Costs
Returns postage is at customer's expense. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Mazorca Swim takes no responsibility in tracking your return or lost items.
